Project Management Executive – ERP Division Validity Date: 2025-10-10 to 2025-10-30

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects, from requirement gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
  2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — developers, QA engineers, and business analysts — to define project timelines and deliverables.
  3. Develop project plans, task breakdowns, and risk assessments to ensure successful execution.
  4. Act as the primary client point of contact, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Conduct requirement analysis sessions with clients to translate business processes into ERP configurations.
  6. Track project progress using tools like Click Up, Jira, or Trello, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met.
  7. Prepare and share status reports with clients and internal stakeholders on a weekly basis.
  8. Ensure quality assurance, documentation, and change management are handled efficiently.
  9. Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and handle feedback loops for improvement.
  10. Support post-implementation reviews and help identify opportunities for process optimization or module enhancement.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. 2–5 years of experience managing ERP or software implementation projects.
  3. Solid understanding of ERP workflows (Finance, Inventory, HR, CRM, etc.).
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail.
  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
  6. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  7. Experience using project management tools (Click Up, Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project).
  8. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.

Business Development Executive – ERP Division Validity Date: 2025-10-10 to 2025-10-30

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ERP software across industries such as manufacturing, real estate, healthcare, retail, and education.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  3. Conduct market research to understand client pain points and align ERP features accordingly.
  4. Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, cold calls, and networking events.
  5. Deliver compelling product demos and presentations in coordination with the technical team.
  6. Prepare and present proposals, RFP responses, and quotations to potential clients.
  7. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales materials and ensure message alignment.
  8. Maintain a deep understanding of Prismatic ERP modules (Finance, Inventory, HR, CRM, etc.) to effectively communicate their business value.
  9. Manage and update the CRM pipeline, track leads, and report progress to management.
  10. Build long-term relationships with clients to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Information Technology (MBA preferred).
  2. 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition within the ERP or SaaS industry.
  3. Strong understanding of ERP systems, digital transformation, and enterprise software sales cycles.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business benefits.
  6. Experience with HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM is a plus.
  7. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
